Please note that Quicksilver’s Terms and Conditions outline that Private Trips can be rescheduled or canceled up to 2 hour before departure time. Scheduling changes inside of 2 hours are subject to Wait Time charges. If a client doesn’t call to cancel and doesn’t show up for a trip then their card will be automatically charged for that trip.

Surcharges will be added to the original charges. They are added on a per-hour or per-trip basis:
Split trips
If a charter client is late or early for their trip and needs to ride on another client’s trip, they will be expected to split the cost of that trip. If their destination is different than that of the second client, they will be billed for half of the split trip plus the remainder of their trip.
